The week is almost over. It's unfair how short spring break felt. A week simply isn't enough. I can't wait till summer now.
It's not that I hate school. Actually, I hate every single aspect of it except for seeing friends. I'd much rather do something else with my time. I like to have freedom, no homework, no projects, and all that good stuff. I can tolerate it for a while, but I'm at the point where enough is enough.
School starts back up Tuesday, and it's almost Friday already. Could I have done anything more than what I did do? Probably. But so far it's been very relaxing, very chill, I've seen a few friends, and it's been pretty good. I went swimming once so far, I started reading a book, I met up with friends, and I'm hoping to achieve more in the next few precious days of freedom. I still haven't started any homework.
Anyway, today we filmed the preliminary UNDERFIRE 3. I haven't looked at the footage yet, and I'm not going to probably till tomorrow or so. Again, I'm going to take this very slowly, editing bit by bit, redoing scenes maybe, just going to piece this film together. I want it to be a good film because I felt let down after what the last video ended up being like. I was honestly disappointed with how it ended up. I didn't feel like it was as good as it should have been. But people learn from their mistakes, and I hope I learned enough. I got some really nice angles too, so I'm eager to see those at least. Not so much of the editing.
I got a Day of Defeat achievement today. 8 kills from a single deployed machine gun in the same spot without moving, i.e. 8 kills from a mounted machine gun, and you can't move your position. I totally got everyone by surprise, and I even shot someone through the trees. But then someone came and shot me in the back. Cheap pricks. I got my achievement though, so I R happy. By the way, the title of this post is the name of the achievement.
I stopped playing Rainbow Six Vegas in hopes that I will finish it slower this way, but I know eventually it will get finished. I don't know what's wrong with me.
I bought fountain pens. I'm not sure why. I've always liked how fountain pens looked when they were used, so I decided to get some. I still haven't used the pens yet. I'm afraid to bring them to school because I consider them very nice. I had my awesome Boxy eraser lost because I forgot it in science. I was very sad, because I've had that eraser for 3 years, and it's such a good one too. So I shall not bring such valuables to school any more. School can go suck it.
Half-Life 2 still amazes me. I got to the Sandtraps level, the one right before Nova Prospekt. It's scary as hell. I hate jumping over sand with the risk of an antlion attack. I want my pheropods. I'm almost there though, just gotta get past one more thumper and a guardian, and they're mine!! ALL MINE!! I love harnessing the power of antlions. They are the absolute best weapon ever. Too bad you have to leave them eventually.
I friggin' love shotguns. The shotgun in HL2 is great in almost any situation. What kind of SPAS-12 can shoot 2 bullets at once?! NONE, EXCEPT IN THIS GAME. I'm getting wayy outta line now. I'm talking about shotguns. I'd better stop myself while I'm still close to ahead.
Night people. Enjoy your last few days of spring break.

Another Weekend is Over
Another weekend blows by. Let's take a look at just how things went:
Saturday I started off by going to Japanese school. Boring. Then I headed off to my piano theory test. Boring. Lasted an hour and a half. But I got an A on it, so I'm happy about that. The rest of the day I spent at home editing muzzle flashes and playing games. I got bored so I tried Left 4 Dead out with my friend, but our team sucked, so it wasn't too fun. Day of Defeat, however, was fun. I ended my day talking to Kristin and editing muzzle flashes.
Sunday I woke up coughing. I headed downstairs and immediately started editing. Then I thought I'd be somewhat productive for once, and I started my essay. However, that only lasted for about 15 minutes. I headed back to edit. I got a good chunk more done, but I still have many more to go. At around 12 o'clock, I was forced to start being useful around the house. I unloaded the dishwasher, and broke a bowl in the process. Then I went upstairs and washed the bathroom, which, for me, is the toilet, the floor and the sinks. I spent a good hour in that bathroom. Felt good I suppose for helping out. But I wouldn't do it usually.
Then I headed over to my friend's house with Roger and Ryan and we played Mah-Jong together for about 3 hours. Mah-Jong never ceases to entertain me. Good fun, I won twice.
I got home, and then I started working on my essay. Then I got bored and did math. Math took forever. Calculating anuity and half-lives isn't fun. Got back to my essay for a good hour, and I only got 1 paragraph done. Whatever, I'm just not feeling it.
And now I'm here. Pretty boring if I do say so myself. I'm not up to writing a lot, so I won't. Tomorrow I'll edit a bit, do some more essay, and some other things I gotta do. Nothing very special if you ask me.

Productive!
The past 2 days have been extremely productive for me.
Yesterday I went to karate at 9 o'clock. My plan was to do a special class at 11 o'clock for 2 hours, but I decided to do the 2 classes prior too. The first class was decent, just did some normal things. Same for the 2nd class too. The 2 hour class I expected to be extreme conditioning and training to get me ready for competition. Well, by now you should have figured out that the class did not end up that way.
I was stuck, for 2 hours, teaching kids half my size how to fight. I planned on fighting with my friends, doing workouts, sparing constantly and jumping around. Instead, my friends left 15 minutes into the class, and I was stuck helping little kids beat the snot of each other (not really). It was total bull. Half of them didn't listen, some others didn't understand what I was saying, and they didn't care if they made physical contact with their punches. It was boring, and it basically wrecked the rest of my day.
But luckily I didn't have much of a day ahead of me. I went home, showered, and I sat in front of my computer and played. I played Day of Defeat: Source for a good 3 hours. I figured out that the B.A.R. (Browning Automatic Rifle) is an uber weapon and that all should fear my awesome wrath when I have that gun in my hands. Then I went on Team Fortress 2 with my friend Kristin and we owned everyone deep in the butt. She owned with the Medic and I owned with the Sniper.
TF2 = <3
Spent a good 5 or 6 hours playing TF2 with my good buddy Kristin. Ahh fun.
Then I watched Bangkok Dangerous. Horrible movie. Don't want to talk about it.
Next day: I woke up and started playing Day of Defeat for about 45 minutes. I got about 13 kills and I earned a new achievement. Already my day was going positively. Then I went to karate and did my class. It was a good class; it's a lot easier to train with adults. Got home, went to lunch, then got home again and played Day of Defeat for another 2 hours. More kills there.
I decided then to try my hand at Call of Duty World at War. My mission at the moment is to finish the campaign on Veteran. I finished Eviction and Black Cats. Then I played the hardest level in the game, Blowtorch & Corkscrew. It's a short level, but damn, I don't see how anyone can do this in one life. Bullets from everywhere, grenades from no where, and machine guns that can see me through tall grass. It was infuriatingly hard, took me, just that level, more than an hour to finish. Once I beat that level, I quickly exited the game and moved on with life.
Next was more Team Fortress 2. My friends were playing all on the same server, so I joined them. Not gonna go into detail with this, but I began to like the Medic a lot, and that Payload maps suck when you're a pyro. Played this for a good 4 or 5 hours.
Yup, that was my past 2 days. Very very productive, I must say... I got an achievement, over 300 kills overall in video games, saw a terrible movie, and was at karate for a good/bad 5 hours. Long weekends are the best.
... I just remembered I have Algebra homework.... Fuck.
Post tomorrow, after filming is done. And I apologize if you couldn't understand what I was saying in this post. It's sorta your fault you don't understand, but what the heck, I'm a gentleman.

Weekend and Plans
Well, I didn't post yesterday. I was sorta busy. I had Japanese class in the morning, then I took a nap, and then I played Day of Defeat for a few hours.
Then I went to my school's Winter Formal.
Well, it was a crapload of fun. I went with a bunch of my friends all dressed up an everything. We went to California Pizza Kitchen first, and then to the dance at this place called the Nixon Library. It was really just a very fancy, very fun dance. I won't go into specifics right now, but I'll say it was one of the best nights of my life. And yeah, I went with someone. Female.
Continuing:
Next weekend we will be filming UNDERFIRE 2. If you know us then you will know our video UNDERFIRE was one of our best looking videos so far. We're eager to make a new one, for a very long time, but finally we're gonna film the next one. It's gonna be more violent and more intense, but it will be a huge improvement over our last video. More guns, more people, more scenes, more minutes. It'll be great.
And it might rain next week too, so if we can film in rain, it'll look amazing.
That's about all I wanted to say. Till tomorrow.
